Who we are
bidcheck is run by Possibl Studio in Tucson, Arizona, USA. This page covers what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Your email, to sign you in. Sign-in links are sent by Resend, work once and expire after 15 minutes.
- The screenshots you send for a check. They are stored in Cloudflare R2 and deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Your check history: the result line, what bidcheck read on the card, the matched card, its price, the max bid and when you checked. We keep it so you can review your checks, and to count checks against your plan limit.
- Billing details: your plan and your Stripe customer ID. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days. The web app also remembers your margin setting in your browser.
We don't run ads, we don't use tracking or analytics cookies, and we don't sell your data.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores accounts, check history and screenshots.
- Anthropic reads each screenshot to identify the card.
- Stripe handles checkout, billing and the billing portal.
- Resend sends sign-in emails.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface the site uses, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
Card prices come from TCGplayer market data via TCGCSV. No personal data is sent to either.
Who can see it
Only you, signed in, can see your check history and your screenshots.
How long we keep it
Screenshots: 30 days, then they are deleted automatically. Your account and check history: until you ask us to delete them.
Deleting your data
Email hello@possiblstudio.com from the address you sign in with, and we'll delete your account, your check history and your screenshots. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first from your account page.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
